Therefore, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager whose primary responsibility is to look after our valued customers and increase their loyalty and satisfaction. The objective of this role is to drive adoption of our software and help customers reach the full potential of our solutions, so our software becomes an in irreplaceable part of their IT Infrastructure. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for the on-boarding of our customers, maintaining contact, as well as providing coaching and training to optimize maximum usage.


Contributing and developing Savision’s customer retention program and measurement for customer loyalty and satisfaction
Establishing and being responsible for Savision’s Customer Advisory Board
Being responsible for the on-boarding of customers
Proactively improve customer service
Educating Savision’s customers on the value they can generate from their current software subscription
Monitor usage, proactively contact customers upon low usage and provide training to achieve optimal usage and results
Discovering new business opportunities with existing customers
Working closely together with Savision’s Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to maximize results
Maintaining contact with existing customers on a daily basis
Encouraging clients to utilize appropriate resources, for example Savision’s Training Center and Knowledge Base
Gathering feedback on our software and roadmap
Informing our customers on the latest features and software releases

Skills, Education, and Experience

A few years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager
Bachelor's Degree
Familiar with the Enterprise Software Industry
Empathic, as well as customer- and service-oriented
True listener, understanding the needs of our customers and able to provide solutions
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably one other language
Able to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
Experience with Salesforce CRM
Good organizational skills and able to prioritize
Valid Canadian working permit or Canadian citizen
Living in Ottawa
Positive and proactive attitude
