Description
We are looking for a highly organized, stress-resistant and proactive Office Manager, who will join our fun and international team at our office in Amsterdam.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for all office management processes
• Organizing and booking travels for all employees
• Global recruitment
• Coordination and set-up of internal and external meetings
• Coordination of special occasions: Birthdays, work anniversaries, Christmas Party, team (building) events and more
• Internal IT and VoIP Coordination
• Assisting the Management Team in various tasks
• Maintaining relationships with external suppliers
• Administrative tasks
• Ad hoc activities
• General / various projects (currently looking for a new office in Amsterdam!)
Skills & Experience
• A comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities in a very dynamic environment
• Flexible and able to adapt to change with ease
• Proactive mentality
• Work well under pressure/deadlines
• No 9-to-5 mentality
• Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in a similar position
• Located in Amsterdam area (no sponsored relocation)
• English is mandatory, Dutch is a plus
